I am a leader with 20+ years of experience from different leading positions. I enjoy building teams, finding the way forward towards common goals. I am a culture bearer, developing a work environment built on long term relations, honest, ethics and good moral. I am very straight forward. I care, have a big portion of empathy and like to solve problems, especially within the team. I have a natural strategic sense which is necessary for me when it comes to long term business settings in many ways. I like doing business both from an overall strategic point of view and also from a more operational buying/selling perspective. My background and most of my experience origins from Logistics and IT but I am also very skilled in areas like purchasing, sales, environment and quality related processes both in service and industrial sector. I am extremely result oriented and understand in depth the meaning of the word 'deliver', I drive consequently towards a goal and makes sure to deliver minimum the result which is agreed upon. I am able to analyze business problems, understanding the overview picture, plan and structure. As a person I am kind, have a good judgement of what is right and wrong, and enjoy life in general.
