Hello there, and welcome to my humble profile! I’m a QA Project Lead in Gamedev. I’m passionate gamer (15+ years) with 4+ years of experience in IT, 2 of them working in managerial roles. Before that I also worked in Administration & Sales, which gave a huge boost to my social and conflict-solving skills I use and hone to this time. My (super)powers include, but are not limited to: Understanding and usage of SDLC, software development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall etc.) practices and QA/QC processes; Project Management: analizing project requirements, assessing scope and risks, planning milestones/sprints, establishing workflows, tracking progress. Team Management: leading the teams of 2-10 members on small-mid-scale projects (20-50 people), providing feedback and mentoring sessions, conducting interviews for Junior / Mid-level positions; Active and effective communications: ‘keeping the same page’ with team members, stakeholders and developers, addressing issues, providing ‘on-time’ reports; Extensive experience in manual games testing on PC (Steam | EGS), consoles (Xbox One|Series, PlayStation 4|5, Nintendo Switch), VR systems (Meta | HTC | Valve Index), Mobile (iOS | Android); Experience with Test Case Management and Bug tracking systems (Testrail, TestCaseLab, Mantis, Trello); Experience with Project Tracking and Collaborative tools (JIRA, Confluence, Slack, Notion, Miro etc.) Experience with Version Control and CI/CD systems (Perforce, Git, UGS, Jenkins); Creating, reviewing and managing project and test documentations. In my personal life, I strive for a balance between self-improvement and entertainment. That’s how my hobbies list combine yoga, books and cooking with something like tabletop / PC games and bar quizzes. Love psychology, visual arts, unconventional music mixes and narratives of all sorts.
