Hi there I’m Nikoletta, a European territorial cooperation manager always intrigued in enhancing cooperation and development in a fast-growing world towards knowledge based economies. Having worked in several different institutions, organizations and sectors since have empowered me to gain deeper insights into the world of European and international affairs; economic, social and territorial cohesion; cooperation and development in travel and tourism, cultural heritage, sustainable valorisation, climate change, preservation of biodiversity, quality of life for all, research & innovation, education & training and have strengthened my analytical organizational and research skills. On a personal level, I have both the ability to work as part of a team and independently. Efficient, responsible and enthusiastic, I achieve assigned goals with energy and positive attitude. I consider it a challenge to comply with and achieve expectations; I have a high capability for organizing and managing work with a strong sense of duty and responsibility. I complete projects on time, within scope and budget. My experience in working in a multicultural environment has enabled me to be patient, flexible and good listener.
