Hi, I'm Nilay Sharma, 2013 batch engineering Graduate and having expertise of around 9+ years in moving Banks and associated payment scheme towards Automation from Complex legacy application. Expertise in financial domains such as Authorization, Clearing and Settlement of payment through Automated Clearing house following NACHA format, knowledge on different SWIFT messages for secured data transmission, Cheque Imaging for making banking process easy for customer, Expertise in different payment types like SEPA and Faster Payment, Depth knowledge on different banking Channels for payment initiation like Telephony, New Bank Line, One Account and Brach Channel etc. Experience in Automation of different web browsers using selenium integrated with Cucumber BDD approach, Automation of Legacy Application, API automation with JMETER and certified Scrum Master working with reputed bank in core banking department. Almost an experience of more than 9+ years in project deployment and testing for Mandatory and strategic program of regulators and bank. Worked in both planning and execution phase of project in tight timelines. 1.Working for Core banking as IT Analyst and having Excellent knowledge of Core banking concepts and good knowledge of Automated clearing house (ACH), NACHA formats, Swift messages, Cheque Imaging, Billings and Banking Infrastructure, Authorization and clearing settlements, ISO 20022 messages formats, Banking channels like telephony, Bankline etc, and Modernization techniques for legacy application. Worked for Big banks e.g, Citi Bank, Bank of America, Cooperative bank of UK and Royal Bank of Scotland, ulster bank, MasterCard and First Data Merchant services. Good Knowledge of Testing methodology, preparation of test strategy and test planning, preparation of test scripts and test scenarios, execution of test cases and management of all this through test management tool Jira and HP ALM. Extensive hands-on experience in Cobol, JCL, DB2, VSAM, PROCS, various production fixing issues, Job abend handling, Incident research and research request from client side, User Acceptance testing, Defect raising, Creating BSM, TCM, maintaining all jobs running on time and Abend handling skills.
