About Niloy Thakkar

I am a real estate development professional with a passion for bringing complex projects to life—transforming spaces, communities, and business visions into reality. With experience spanning large-scale mixed-use, multifamily, commercial, and hospitality developments, I have led projects from land acquisition and entitlements to design, construction, and final delivery. My career has been defined by strategic execution, financial acumen, and collaborative leadership, ensuring that every development I oversee maximizes value and aligns with long-term business objectives. Currently, as a Real Estate Development Manager at Grow America, I work at the intersection of public and private development, driving impactful social infrastructure projects. Prior to this, I spearheaded high-profile retail, office, and hospitality investments, managing full project lifecycles, optimizing financial returns, and building strong partnerships with investors, contractors, and municipalities. Beyond real estate, I have also founded and developed three restaurant ventures that prioritized exceptional customer experiences. This gave me a unique perspective on creating spaces that are both functional while delivering best in class food & service.
