As a dedicated psychologist with a strong background in digital health, I specialize in the intersection of clinical psychology and technology-driven mental health solutions. Currently, I serve as the Lead Senior Health Coach Psychologist at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, where I lead the design and implementation of integrated mental health programs aimed at improving patient well-being across a variety of therapy areas, including IBS, NAFLD, Migraine, PCOS, and Psoriasis. With over 7 years of clinical experience, I have provided psychotherapy to thousands of patients, seeing significant improvements in anxiety, depression, and stress. My work includes developing digital care plans, conducting psychometric assessments, and designing features to enhance patient engagement. I am passionate about leveraging evidence-based psychotherapy, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness and ACT, to make mental health support more accessible.
