About Nimish Mack

As the Country Manager for Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, I oversee the operations and strategy of hotels in Europe. I hold an MBA from the University of Manchester and have 18 years of experience in the hotel industry. I work with Sheraton Hotels and W Hotels in HK to build and expand their business and market share in HK. I have strong skills in regional management, corporate management, financial analysis, business development and franchising. I am passionate about providing our customers with a quality stay experience, creating value for our stakeholders, and developing the talent and potential of our team. I am also committed to fostering a culture of innovation, excellence and social responsibility in our organization. I am also a shareholder of a trading company. I am responsible for negotiation, promotion and development of cooperation, as well as the management of supplier relationships. I like to communicate with people from different fields and improve my management experience and skills.
