About Nina Siegl

As Vice President and Head of Legal within the naval defense and national security industry, I am working with a broad variety of legal matters related to i.a. delivery projects, procurement, cooperation agreements and corporate law in an international environment. I take part of managing the company’s business operations as a member of the General Management Team and the Business Board. I have twelve years’ previous experience from working as a lawyer at one of Sweden´s leading business law firms. As a lawyer, I have gained a comprehensive experience from i.a. the fields of construction and infrastructure. Over the years I have been representing several major construction companies, employers and consultants in the contract negotiating phase, during the execution of projects and in litigation and arbitration. I have an in-depth knowledge in handling national and international major business disputes both within public court as well as arbitral proceedings. Besides construction disputes, I have handled disputes within a broad variety of areas, for instance claims related to breach of contract, damage claims, company law, insolvency, insurance etc. I have had several commitments related to arbitration law both as board member and chairman of the board and I have been engaged as arbitrator. Also, I have completed SAA’s and SCC’s arbitrator training program.
