Many years of experience in Assembly & Integration of multidisciplinary machines in clear rooms (for example AOI & Array Checker machines). Holds a degree of Education of Electrical Practical Engineer Diploma (graduation with honors), and Programming PLC Siemens controllers. Holds Licence of Electrician - Level "Rashi" Electrical team leader and Specialist in electronic assemblies and final tests by customer request to achieve high performance. Leads ECO processes to improve process and improve engineering documents for production line. Participation in NPI processes and transfer of new products from development to production. Adjusting machine configuration according to customer order. Performing electrical tests and Conducting grounding continuity tests using testing devices. Performing quality tests for the machines, providing technical support to the local engineers and service to customers in Israel and abroad. Providing support for the transfer from development to production. Supervision of the production at the subcontractors. Writing work procedures for production workers and improving the assembly and integration processes. knowledge in C# and Python programming languages. Extensive knowledge of computers in the world of Windows, Linux and office softwares such as Word, Excel, Power point and etc. Continuously performs tasks optimization, cost reduction and time savings for each machine in a production line.
