WORK EXPERIENCE •• Over 4 decades of experience in the fields of leadership and organizational development, coaching and mentoring, career management, human capital and nursing. • Extensive experience is the development and facilitation of leadership and management development programmes. • Train the Trainer on leadership and management development programmes. • Partnered with Executive Education business schools to customize executive education programmes for SARS employees – including Henley RSA Duke CE RSA, Price-Waterhouse Coopers. • Executive Leadership Coaching with over 3 hours experience. • Provided leadership to large scale enterprise initiatives/projects for SARS • Active role on the Organization for Economic Development and Co- operation, Gender Balance Network Advisory Committee • Represents SARS on stakeholder platforms including BRICS, African Trade Administration Forum. World Customs Organization. • Chair of the Enterprise Women in Leadership Forum which serves all provinces in South Africa. • Provide stewardship and oversight to the SARS Junior Board.
