Recently graduate of the Master of Management program at Trent University, Canada (Sept 2023 – Dec 2024) with a solid foundation in Strategic Management, Human Resources, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Leadership. This program has strengthened my ability to think strategically, lead cross-functional teams, and drive organizational success in dynamic business environments. Before pursuing my studies in Canada, I gained 7+ years of international experience as a Structural Engineer in India, where I led structural analysis, estimation, and design for industrial projects including Oil & Gas, Thermal power plants, solar energy infrastructure, and nuclear facilities. My technical proficiency spans across tools like STAAD.Pro, AutoCAD, Revit, Risa 3D, SACS, STAAD Offshore and I am actively working toward obtaining my P.Eng license in Ontario. In these roles, I not only managed design calculations and structural detailing but also collaborated with global clients on B2B engineering contracts, facilitated project coordination, and contributed to recruitment and team development, demonstrating an entrepreneurial approach to engineering and project management. In Canada, I’ve expanded my skill set through: A part-time position at McDonald's, refining customer service, communication, and time management in a high-paced environment. A graduate internship in Human Resources, supporting recruitment, employee engagement, and organizational development.
