As a motivated and dedicated professional, I began my career in the IT industry after completing my high school studies in 2010. I pursued my passion for technology by earning a certificate in computer science, and went on to gain valuable experience as a lab assistant at the National Water Supply and Water Drainage Board. In 2012, I joined the University of Vavuniya Campus as a technical officer, where I continue to leverage my expertise in computer science to drive innovation and support the institution's mission. In 2014, I joined Dialog Axiata as an Officer in charge for operations, where I developed a passion for customer service and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. This experience was invaluable, and ultimately led me to pursue a career in banking. Since joining Sampath Bank PLC as a trainee banking assistant, I have honed my skills in a variety of areas, including customer service, operations management, and financial analysis.
