With over 15 years of experience in the field of Quality Assurance, including a progression from a QA trainee to a Test Manager, I bring a wealth of expertise and leadership to contribute to any organization Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of leading diverse teams of 50+ individuals, comprising functional, automation, performance and AI team members. Under my guidance, these teams have consistently delivered high-quality solutions and achieved project objectives within demanding timelines. I have fostered a collaborative and results-driven culture, enabling team members to excel and exceed expectations. One of my notable achievements includes working closely with clients on projects involving digital transformation and system migration. By leveraging my expertise in QA methodologies and best practices, I have successfully supported clients in upgrading their digital capabilities and transitioning to new systems seamlessly. As an advocate for Agile practices, I have actively embraced the Agile mindset and served as an Agile coach.
