I am an avid tech enthusiast with a deep passion for staying at the forefront of technological advancements. I'm currently majoring in Computer Engineering and Computer Science, I am determined to transform my hobby into a meaningful career. My journey led me to serve at my church, where I played a pivotal role in developing innovative systems. When COVID-19 forced lockdowns, I ensured seamless remote worship experiences for the community. I thrive at the intersection of service and technology, aiming to make a lasting impact in both realms. Excited about the possibilities ahead, I am dedicated to leveraging my skills to create solutions that positively impact lives.As a Technology Director at Libertyville Covenant Church, I advance the vision and mission of the church through the technology used throughout the week and by overseeing the worship technical needs. I lead volunteer technical teams for all Sunday morning services, maintain YouTube site and streaming, set up slides, videos, and other technical aspects of the service, and manage audio and other events requiring tech support.I am also a BS student in Computer Engineering and Computer Science at Valparaiso University, where I pursue my passion for technology and learning. I have multiple honors and certifications, such as Illinois State Scholar, Adult Mental Health First Aid, and CPR/AED/First Aid. I am also a Resident Assistant and an Event Technician on campus, where I work with Residential Life Staff to ensure the safety, well-being, and happiness of students living in campus housing, and run sound for services and events such as weddings, commencement, and concerts. My skills include proficiency in computer software like OBS, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and ProPresenter, as well as hardware diagnostics and repairs. I also play piano, percussion, and guitar, and have a strong customer service, problem-solving, and training background from my experience at Culver’s. My personal focus and goal is to use my mix of service and technology skills to help others, whether that is through technology or face to face.
