Background

About Nolan Williams

I am a recent graduate of The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, bringing years of experience balancing rigorous academics with NCAA Division I athletics and professional leadership development. My interest lies in exploring how the psychology of business influences consumer behavior, marketing, and hospitality experiences. I am passionate about understanding what drives people to make the choices they make, and I am eager to apply this curiosity within hospitality, marketing, or advertising roles. Throughout my experiences—from leading teams on the fencing strip to ensuring exceptional service in a high-paced restaurant environment—I have developed a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and customer engagement. I am excited to contribute these skills to an organization that values creativity, service excellence, and data-driven decision-making while I continue to learn and grow in the hospitality or marketing industry.
