About Nompilo Mthimkhulu
In 2015, I was Chosen to visit Palestine for 10 days for the Pilgrimage walk of Jesus Christ then again in 2014 to visit Sweden for 10 days for the Pilgrimage walk of Jesus Christ.I have gained extensive experience of responding to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, electronically diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues, research questions using available information resources and advise user on appropriate action, follow standard help desk procedures, log all help desk interactions, administer help desk software, redirect problems to correct resource, identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention, track and route problems and requests and document resolutions, prepare activity reports and inform senior IT staff of recurring problems. My specialties also include having a way of engaging with people, and being able to be spontaneous and not wait to be told what to do.
