Twenty seven years’ experience in a variety of IT roles that include consulting, application architecture, programming, project/team lead and system analysis within various industries, Banking, Telco, IT, Energy, Chemistry, Entertainment and Charities in US, Canada and Latin America. In the last seventeen years Norma specializes in ITSM solutions. Most recently she has been working as a Senior Technical Consultant with Intact Technology, Inc. In this role, she has primarily focused on Service Management Automation (SMAX), Service Manager, Connect.It, with experience in integrations with other Micro Focus (formerly HPE/HP) products such as uCMDB, OMi, Asset Manager and 3rd parties.
