Hi! My name is Nour Farah, and I'm a third year student at the University of Maryland in the Robert H. Smith School of Business. I'm double majoring in Accounting and International Business, and have plans to obtain my CPA. On campus, I am a part of the University of Maryland's Honors program, specifically in University Honors. Additionally, I am an active member of Phi Chi Theta, a professional business fraternity, where I have been able to foster and advance my professional skills along with participate in philanthropic events to give back to the community. My prior work experience is heavily in the swimming/pool industry, however through these roles I have developed various professional skills that I plan to utilize for my future business endeavors. Through being the Head Coach for my summer swim team, I developed efficient communication and planning skills. Additionally, my experience as being a lifeguard has taught me the importance of thinking and acting diligently.
