I am actively seeking permanent employment opportunities in the Services Sector and/or the Manufacturing Sector. I am open to Front-end and Back-end positions. My primary interest is in Administrative positions and/or Finance/Accounting positions. I completed a National Diploma in Cost and Management Accounting at the Durban University of Technology. I am currently on Contract at the South African Revenue Services' Debt Management Department as a Debt Collector. Responsibilities/Duties -To handle inbound and outbound(partially/non-scripted) Contact Centre or Branch interactions for a single tax product, in compliance with SARS policies and procedures-To comply with and adhere to identified governance and compliance standards and escalate problems for investigation and resolution-To develop productive working relationships with team members, Operations Managers and key role players in the business to support contracted work outputs-To drive own performance and development to achieve and improve on work outputs in line with required response time, quality and service delivery standards -To continuously assess own performance, seek timely and clear feedback and request training when appropriate -To adhere to specified policies, standards, legislation and procedures to prevent wastage on resources, unauthorised expenditure and wasteful expenditure and report violations-To ensure own understanding and adherence to customer service delivery to meet or exceed customer expectations-To contribute to a culture of service excellence, which builds positive relationships and provides opportunity for feedback and exceptional service
