Background

About Ofentse Lebethe

I am a manager in local government with a passion for service delivery and community upliftment. As a public service agent, I always aspire to do more than is expected of me, especially when working with communities that are generally overlooked, over and above their historic issues of being previously disadvantaged. My ability to work on translating concepts into actual events and tangible outputs through projects and/or programmes that benefit all stakeholders is one that I worked on, and still do, extensively; both internationally and nationally throughout my career. My specialities include, but are not limited to: Change Management Programme Management Project Management Stakeholder Management Public Speaking Event Management Community Liaison My experiences as a Board Member for Central Gauteng Lions Cricket allowed me to oversee the interaction between local community-based cricket clubs within a provincial federation, all while working within the prescripts of good governance, and addressing challenges of diversity, equity and inclusion at the same time.
