About Olaf Ruitenberg

I am a commercial manager with strong organizational and communication skills. My years of experience as a Key Account Manager, Sales Director and Managing Director Benelux have given me a good overview of all activities in the value chain; from product positioning and product development to strategic account and sales channel management and joint business planning. In this, result orientation and involvement with both the customer, the company, and the product are central to my approach.I am a team player, able to work under pressure, and have a strong drive to see things through to a successful conclusion. As a manager, I have experience – and passion – for strategic leadership. I like to focus on commercial positioning, as that determines the quality and growth of the company in the long term.Over many working years I have proven to be capable of building relationships at a senior level with clients and enjoy seeking common business goals and solutions. My leadership style focuses on maximizing the potential of employees. By viewing challenges as opportunities, we develop customer- and market-oriented solutions together.
