I use various tools and techniques, such as SQL, Splunk, Grafana, Linux, Java, and other tools, to monitor, analyze, troubleshoot, and improve the performance of the platform and applications, as well as to ensure compliance with security standards and best practices. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems Technology from Seminole State College of Florida, where I have gained a solid foundation in information systems, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data analysis. I am passionate about learning new technologies and skills, and I have obtained multiple certifications, such as AWS Solutions Architect Associate, CySA+, and ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, to demonstrate my proficiency and expand my knowledge. My goal is to leverage my skills and experience to deliver high-quality solutions and services that meet the needs and expectations of ServiceNow customers and stakeholders.
