About Ole Samuelsen

Ole Samuelsen is a certified project and programme manager, with more than 24 years’ experience in managing all aspects of developments projects and change management projects. Combined with a strong technical background and a solid base in personnel leadership, it gives Ole Samuelsen the ability to work at all levels of IT organizations, from strategic management support, programme governance to managing highly technical development teams. Ole Samuelsen also have more than 5 years of experience in managing and coordinating projects in an international and multicultural environment, which enables me to understand and handle intercultural hurdles in development projects. Co-author on the book “Rightshore!”. Certified in: PRINCE2, SOA, CMMI, Change Management, Offshoring of IT development, SAFe and as SCRUM master.
