About Olivia Ragland

With over four years of experience in higher education at Northwest University (NU), I have had the opportunity to further the mission of NU. Through Undergraduate & International recruitment I have assisted and led students to understanding where God is calling them for their education. I have received multiple honors for my academic excellence and servant leadership at NU, where I am pursuing my Master's degree in Leadership Studies. I am also passionate about ministry and serving the next generation. I currently serve as the YA Pastor at Bethany Christian Assembly (BCA), where I oversee the spiritual growth and development of young adults. I lead and coordinate various programs and events that empower them to discover and use their gifts. My core competencies include creative problem-solving, interpersonal skills, positivity, individualization, development, inclusion, and connectedness. I aim to inspire and equip students to pursue their God-given purpose and potential.
