About Orel Hindi

Full-stack team lead with over 7 years of hands-on experience across frontend, backend, and cloud architecture. I bring a strong “can-do” attitude, a fast learning mindset, and a passion for digging deep - I don’t believe in quick band-aid fixes. Instead, I focus on root causes and scalable solutions. I’ve led projects from design to production, taking responsibility for technical decisions around microservices, cloud functions, and modern frontend architecture. Over the years, I’ve worked with a wide range of technologies including React, Node.js, NestJS, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and AWS (Lambda, EKS, Cognito, etc.), as well as building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines to streamline delivery and ensure reliability. In my current role, I’m the Team Lead at Abra, shaping system architecture, defining engineering standards, and guiding development across services and teams. While leading and setting direction, I stay hands-on, contributing code, driving architectural decisions, and ensuring delivery of high-quality solutions. Beyond code, I’m the kind of teammate who’s always happy to help, share what I know, and keep the vibes good. I love being part of a collaborative environment where people learn, build, and grow together.
