About Orion Celusta

I have been involved in healthcare in Idaho for several years, working to improve my community in any way I can. I have taken on many roles, ranging from lab assistant to team leader. I have taken on a role as a personnel director with a local non-profit group to improve my leadership skills. My time directing a non-profit has given me insight into leading a group and forming plans to keep groups operating at peak efficiency. Working as a medical assistant, both as lead and as direct care, allowed me to practice compassion and patience for people immense range of backgrounds and cultures as they work through tough situations brought on by illness or injury. I have learned to keep calm under stressful situations and lead teams through difficult tasks.
