Over the years, I have built small start-ups, worked in global corporations and gained broad experience across industries such as manufacturing, retail and technology. I have also served in manager and C-level roles, and worked as a certified project manager, product owner and business developer -always versatile, able to see the big picture and committed to continuous learning. With certifications in project management and agile, I combine structure and execution power with creativity and innovation. My experience spans scaling and developing companies, driving digital transformation, building high-performing teams and delivering complex projects in global organizations. I thrive where business, leadership, technology and data intersect, ensuring strategies are translated into real impact. I am also a strong communicator, enabler and doer, socially intelligent and focused on people because lasting success is always built together. By nature, I am hardworking, responsible, intelligent and creative hockey mom with Finnish sisu and Can-Do attitude. My years in elite sport have shaped my teamwork skills, resilience and persistence, qualities I carry every day. Outside of work, I am passionate about Italy, good food and wine, sports from biathlon to MMA and enjoying the simplicity of summer cottage life in Finland: sauna and fishing every day.
