I implement regulatory requirements of Mining Law of Papua New Guinea as a Mining Warden that regulates mineral tenures in the country's mineral resources. One of five Mining Wardens in Papua New Guinea. Key performance indicators of my roles directly related to Mining Act 1992 of the Independent State of Papua New Guinea. My role requires weekly travels in the country to affected project sites and villages with applicants or company representatives, often Country Managers and consultants, to fulfil Mining Law requirements. I am very competent in time bound implementation of duties and henceforth a time bound results. The reason for this is that I customised my daily task alongside goals to achieve on daily and monthly basis. Yearly results come automatic as the months add up to a year's work. My career has being quick in achieving promotions which is a attributed to identifying control parameters of a task against results opted in vision of the organization. I implement a reliably strategize and coordinate routine of tasks related to my accountabilities and my team.
