About Owen Docherty

I’m goal driven and very enthusiastic with 5 years’ experience in servicing and troubleshooting on various WTG systems. I enjoy both fault finding and servicing and mentoring other technicians to enhance the business whilst always ensuring safety is first. I can stay calm and adapt easily under extreme pressure and difficult working circumstances. I am flexible and responsible, self-motivated and can motivate others through my positive attitude and ethic at work. I am constantly looking to improve my personal development and skills and am eager to undertake further training when necessary. I am reliable, and adjustable to change with a logical approach to problem solving and a drive to see things through to a high standard of completion. Over the years I have demonstrated my ability to work both individually and as a member of a team, in varied environments. I have excellent communication skills and I am resourceful and versatile in responding to changing demands. I feel that my attitude to work can be summed up by a quote from a great book: “Care and Quality are internal and external aspects of the same thing.
