About Owen Richardson

Mr. Richardson has worked in numerous offices within the Intelligence Community (IC), and has many contacts in different offices throughout the IC and various federal, state, and local law enforcement and intelligence offices both in the U.S. and abroad. He has the ability to leverage information from many people within the IC. In addition to these contacts and having worked in different aspects of the Global Maritime Community, he has worked to communicate with different levels of contacts throughout different COCOM’s by travelling to deliver briefings, as well as hosting round table discussions in different settings to help promote information sharing between agencies. Mr. Richardson earned his M.B.A through Grantham University while on active duty. Mr. Richardson is a Certified Instructor through Eastern Shore Criminal Justice Academy and a certified instructor of CPR/AED through American Heart Association. He is a Pistol Expert & Rifle Sharpshooter and trained in self defense (Ju-Jitsu, Aikido, US Deputy Sheriff's Assoc.). He is also Trained in Precision and Defensive driving tactics.
