About Ozlem Mertel

I am a Human Resources Team Leader at Ozyegin University. I have been responsible for all aspects of the recruitment cycle and serving as first contact providing consultancy to all members of staff and management on HR practices. My areas of expertise on Human Resources are Recruitment, Organizational Development, Training and Employee Relations. Prior to my works on Human Resources at OzU, I worked as a Program Assistant for Women Entrepreneurship Certificate Program which was is a social responsibility program that support women to grow their businesses by education. I learnt the project cycle management perspective and had interest on the subjects of women’s entrepreneurship, employment and economic empowerment since then. I am also Selection and Monitoring & Evaluation Committee Member of BizBizze Association of Idea and Support for Women.
