About Pamela Bragg

Pamela Bragg is the Owner and Managing Partner of Sarkany Management Inc, a proudly Canadian company providing strategic human resource approaches to some of the largest contracting and construction companies in Western Canada. After three decades as an accomplished senior executive in a multinational corporate career marked by growth and transformation, Pamela took her expertise into private practice in 2014. Known as a visionary and compassionate leader, Pamela has a proven track record as a results focused, bottom line driven strategic business partner. Working with organizations top management, she has demonstrated expertise in organizational excellence and the achievement of business objectives, complemented by exceptional problem solving, decision making and grievance management in both union and non-union environments. Her multi-national acumen has been exhibited in leading exceptional teams across international and provincial boundaries. She is passionate about implementing and enhancing corporate policies and cultures as they relate to diversity, inclusion, bullying and harassment. Pamela holds Master’s Certificates in Diversity and Inclusion for Organizational Excellence from Stanford, and in Strategic Human Resources & Organizational Change from Royal Roads.
