About Paolo Menato

My career began in 1984 at Elettromeccanica Euganea Srl (Padua), a medium-sized company with 120 employees operating in the sector of industrial automation and control systems for energy distribution processes. In that company I became Plant Manager in 1989 and then General Manager in 1991. In 2007 I was in charge of the development of the international business at Sami Instruments Srl, the company specializing in the design and production of valves for instruments and processes in the Oil & Gas sector. In 2011 I was appointed CEO and I also dealt with the opening of three branches in Houston, Singapore and Sao Paulo. Until 2021 I held the position of Division Manager and Business Development Manager at the production plant of Transfer Oil SpA (Parma) specialized in valves and accessories for pressures up to 4137 bar psi) with applications in the Oil & Gas sector. Today I am President of Innova Pressure Inc in Houston TX and Sales Manager of HPT High Presure Technology in Italy, I am also a consultant specialized in the processes of digital transformation and application of Artificial Intelligence. During my professional career, I have developed knowledge related to the technical development, production, process control and sale of needle valves, manifolds, single flanges, ball valves and double block & bleed valves in the field of pressure measurement instrumentation. up to psi (690 bar), their materials (e.g. AISI 316 / 316L, Duplex F51, Superduplex F53 / F55, Inconel 625/825, Hastelloy C276, Monel400, etc.) and certifications (Fire Safe API607-API 6FA, Fugitive Emission, Asme / Ansi B16.34, B1.20.1, B16.5 - API 598 / API6D / API 602 / EEMUA182, Nace MR 01-75 / 3.1 Certified UNI EN 10204: 2005, etc.).
