About Parag Manchanda

As a Senior Data Analyst at London Borough of Tower Hamlets, I apply my expertise in data analysis, quality and governance to support the integrated commissioning and strategy, policy and improvement functions of the local government. I have over ten years of experience in performance and contract management, local needs assessments, and interagency collaboration and partnership working in the public sector. My mission is to deliver data-driven insights and recommendations that inform strategic decision making and improve the outcomes and effectiveness of the substance misuse and public health commissioned services. I have a track record of producing and presenting detailed and accurate reports to senior stakeholders, such as the substance misuse partnership board in Newham and Combatting Drugs Partnership at Tower Hamlets. I also have extensive experience in conducting research, monitoring programs, and facilitating the decommissioning and re-commissioning of public sector contracts. I hold master's degrees in information technology and business administration and management, and a post graduate certificate in purchasing, procurement/acquisitions and contracts management.
