As the Director of Human Resources at Frontier Credit Union, I am responsible for overseeing the human resources functions, company culture, payroll administration, and employee benefits for a growing company that provides an industry leading financial and banking experience. I have a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Secondary master's in human resource management from the University of Phoenix, I bring over 15 years of experience in various HR roles in different industries, including healthcare, private equity, mechanical, and aviation.My core competencies include developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations and performance, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and leading HR initiatives that support the company's culture, values, and goals. I am also skilled in using various systems and tools, such as Paylocity, Paycom, ADP, Chrome River, Quantum, Monday.com, Lucid, Employee Navigator and QuickBooks, to streamline and optimize the payroll and accounting processes, as well as to analyze data and generate reports that inform HR decisions and strategies. I am passionate about creating a positive and productive work environment where employees feel valued, engaged, and empowered.Beyond my professional work, I am passionate about serving others. I recently had the privilege of joining the Idaho Foster & Adoptive Parent Association as a board member, working directly with “The Village” in Blackfoot. Our mission is to enhance care and support for foster and adoptive children and their families throughout Idaho.Above all, my family has been my greatest teacher. Parenthood has shaped my leadership approach, deepened my compassion and reinforced my belief in the power of people. I am honored to serve, support, and inspire those around me—both at work and in my community.
