Hello! My name is Patrick Falvey, and I am a graduate of the business school at the University of Louisville. I completed my bachelor’s in business administration with a minor in business management. I chose the BBA because it encompasses every aspect of business, and being well-rounded is important to me. I’m very personable and have a passion for people. With over 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I've built a career grounded in service excellence, operational efficiency, and team leadership. From front-line guest service to managing high-performing teams, I've developed a deep understanding of what it takes to deliver exceptional experiences in fast-paced, customer-focused environments. Throughout my career, I've been known for my adaptability, problem-solving skills, and ability to build rapport with guest and colleagues alike. Whether overseeing daily operations, implementing service improvements, or mentoring new staff, I thrive on creating positive outcomes for both customers and businesses. I'm now seeking new opportunities where I can bring my hospitality-honed skills-customer engagement, attention to detail, crisis management, and team collaboration-to a new industry or role in my current industry.
