About Patrick Hollett

Mr. Hollett has over 25 years of direct Quality Management experience, including over twelve years directing global corporate quality initiatives. He has extensive experience implementing and achieving ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 certification, MBNQA and SEI CMMI, as well as quality program/management systems development and corporate performance metric development and deployment. He has focused on trend and root cause analysis, corrective and preventive action systems, documentation management systems, QESH and PMDM training development and implementation, and improving customer expectation management for DOD and commercial clients in large, multi-site companies. He has extensive experience in leading Lean Six Sigma initiatives and teams in diverse functional and operational disciplines, business development and strategic planning, has also directed corporate global Safety, Health and Environmental functions. Specialties: Mr. Hollett has been directly involved in corporate/project quality assurance and quality control program and management systems development in the following disciplines; contingency contracting, facilities operation and maintenance, design-build construction, technical services, power, ATM, aviation and maritime operations, medical facilities and services, non-profit agencies, ordnance, water-front operations, food service, physical, industrial and electronic security, PMEL management, custodial and landscaping, water and wastewater operations, transportation and logistics, and small to extremely large-scale base operations support environments.
