My distribution experience includes multi-site management on an international scale, serving distinct end markets. Systems development and implementation have been a theme throughout my career, using technology to drive continuous improvement, improved service levels and reduced cost. I have also managed multiple distribution center design projects and have developed distribution network strategies, executing both facility expansion and consolidation projects. I have had the opportunity to manage multiple acquisition integrations and have greatly enjoyed the process of merging acquired businesses into a new corporate culture. My business leadership experience began with one such acquisition and we were extremely successful in leveraging our existing distribution network and extensive supply chain to realize a doubling of our profit margins while growing the business by over 50% in five years.
