About Patrick Mbouyou

I have spent my entire professional lift in oil and gas in many positions. My philosophy remain: When I have the opportunity to manage people I spent time to recruit them and to train them properly. The people I have hired or supported have known a fast growth. Technical skill is something, but working with people is only valuable when you share and spread your quality and strength to the whole team. It is also about constantly learning and challenging yourself. I had high profile mentors and I took the best out of them to share when it was my time. I still need to meet people who share my philosophy: Ambitious for themselves and for their team and associates, hard worker, close to people, keen on sharing knowledge and skills, honest, thinking especially about the team's benefit and not only their own career, making them proud of having worked with me even if it was tough sometime. It's not utopia, at least you have read out from one of them. And we could meet for you to see. As a passionate engineer, I still want to discover and learn about new techniques and solutions. I am even interested in making a complete shift towards new professions such as new and green energy business, operational assets or manufacturing process audit.
