I am an energetic, hardworking and motivated professional, with excellent time management, organisational and communication skills. I am a recent M.S.c Public Policy graduate (2:1) from Dublin City University, with over 4 years experience working in fast paced pressurised environments.My dynamic degree has allowed me to develop skills in quantitative research with competencies in coding and data analysis with R Studio and SPSS. Skilled in communication, writing and research, I am Interested in housing, sustainable development and various other causes. My professional and voluntary experience have developed strong interpersonal skills within me, while I am a determined and dedicated individual who works towards achieving optimal results in a critical fashion. In my most recent role working as home mortgage operations specialist, I researched policies utilising my writing and analyse skills, communicating on an ongoing basis with stakeholders regarding the process of specific projects, undertaking administrative duties garnering competencies in Microsoft word, excel and powerpoint, and providing excellent customer service when required.
