I hope you are well. I bring 30+ years of organizational and leadership assessment & development experience in different leadership consulting and line-accountable capacities. I lead client and CCL dream teams that design and deliver leadership and organizational development experiences that go beyond typical results. With over 30 years of experience in leading, coaching, facilitating, and designing strategic programs I feel I specialize in building strategic partnerships and business development with world-class clients across economic sectors. Background and Industry Experience-I have co-led on 3 EU programs focused on innovation leadership-European Lead for Korn-Ferry International’s implementation of leadership assessment practices using tools developed by my company company and licensed (later sold) to them. I was also a member of the Global R&D team- Co-founded and co-led the Geneva Leadership Alliance, building innovative and practical leadership development portfolios and projects for Peace, Security & Development HQ and field missions from around the world. Engaging participants and missions from some of the most complex, multi-cultural, and volatile contexts, from senior foreign affairs ambassadors to field crisis leaders-CCL as Regional Director for Northern Europe. Now as Strategic Business Partner- Partner at Decision Dynamics, a consulting firm specializing in creating and adapting assessment tools to develop leaders and teams- At the Industrial Technology Institute (USA), I was Lead Design Architect of the Advanced Manufacturing Implementation Game (Advantig), an early (1989s-90s) strategy formulation and implementation intervention, used by practice leaders, technical institutes (including IBM), and technical schools in helping mid-size manufacturing organizations align human, organizational and innovation implementation strategy- Formed an early alliance with Genicom to develop a North American-wide onsite IT service business- Published in refereed and industry journals, specifically addressing aligning value development strategy with human capabilities.
