Currently the Data Specialist of the Box Office of the National Arts Centre This position also allows me the opportunity to drive growth and development, and to build and sustain relationships with the Guests. I enjoy creating a welcoming, enthusiastic atmosphere for both Guests and fellow members of the NAC Team. I am always willing to answer questions, discover solutions, and am tenacious when it comes to finding a result. I use my personality and knowledge of NAC to make sure that the events that they attend are stories that they will be telling their family and friends for a very long time. I have different work experiences that I have chosen due to their diversity and ability to prepare for any opportunity that would present itself. My work experiences have taught me about goal setting, working under pressure, long hours, and that teamwork and multi-tasking are key skills to succeed. I’ve also gained the ability to complete tasks in a timely manner while being able to shift priorities. In my work in the service industry, I discovered new abilities in multi-tasking, communication, and problem-solving while dealing with the general public on a very personal level. In a short time, I was considered an asset to the business, due to my personality, enthusiasm, and accountability.
