About Patrina K.

I conduct a free 30-minute webinar,"Business Golf Basics," every Saturday morning at 10:00 a.m. Eastern. Join me: https://lnkd.in/eWxui8qb As the Operations Director and Lead Workshop Facilitator at Golf Women Mean Business, I specialize in designing and delivering transformative experiences that help women professionals elevate their leadership, communication, and strategic thinking through the game of golf. With a background in operations and a passion for professional development, I lead our national training programs, business retreats, and workforce-focused golf initiatives with intention and impact. My goal is simple: equip women with the tools to show up confidently in any room. From coordinating dynamic programs to coaching women who’ve never held a golf club, I bring strategy, structure, and soul to every initiative. I'm also deeply committed to creating access and opportunity for young professionals through partnerships with colleges, nonprofits, and corporations. Whether it's preparing women for boardrooms or bunkers, I believe professional development should be empowering, experiential, and inclusive. Let’s connect if you’re passionate about women’s leadership, talent development, or want to explore how golf can fit into your next training initiative.
