When I am asked (and I am frequently asked) for my opinion on "the most important leadership characteristic," there is only one possible answer in my book: Self-awareness. Over the years I have learned, and it has been proven to me consistently, that understanding WHO you are is a quintessential first step in determining HOW you want to live your life. It seems so simple, yet so many of us are stressed, unhappy and unfulfilled attempting to live up to others' expectations of us, or worse yet, living up to our own self-imposed "should be" expectations that don't align with our very purpose in life. Equipped with this understanding, I have made a career of helping people in all stages of their life explore the depths of who they are in order to bring purpose, meaning and satisfaction back into their lives. In a safe, non-judgmental way, we explore and uncover your most authentic self. There is no "personal you" or "work you." There is only a holistic YOU waking up each day striving to live out your most fulfilling life: to explore what you were put on earth to achieve; to focus on moving forward, not looking back; to determine actions, not just contemplate, to achieve results, not just dream about them.
