My passion for animals and my expertise in business and team management have shaped my career in unique ways. The work I do has contributed to the growth of multiple 7 & 8-figure businesses, the rehabilitation and rehoming of hundreds of animals, and positively impacted thousands of lives through both business and wildlife-focused roles. I excel at leading teams and streamlining operations, consistently driving efficiency, impact, and purpose in every project. I am drawn to roles that create lasting impact and thrive in environments where teams share a commitment to making a meaningful difference. My purpose is to lead with both heart and strategy, creating positive change wherever I go. Here are some highlights- 15 years ago I started down a pre-veterinary track, believing that becoming a doctor was my calling- 10 years ago I worked hands-on with a variety of animals, domestic and exotic, while supporting education and conservation initiatives- 8 years ago I earned my degree in Wildlife Ecology, and discovered my talent for systems management while working in hospitality- 5 years ago I launched my consulting career, helping service-based businesses optimize their teams, operations, and overall systems.
