I enjoy being part of, as well as leading, motivating and developing a successful team and thrive on highly pressurised and challenging work environments. I may not be able to fly or walk up walls, but the super powers I possess include staying calm under pressure, being a great listener and confidant with a strong passion for HR. My varied skills and attributes have enabled me to perform highly at - • Senior HR Management- Development of impactful People, L&D and OD strategies- Strategic business partner service to Senior management to support the organisations drive and growth;• Organisational Development-Health & Well-being - Engagement activities - Employee relations lead with national trade unions- Significant change and project management experience from conceptual design through to implementation and benefit analysis- People lead on several TUPE projects both in and out;• Talent Management and Succession Planning- Developed a universal behaviour framework to underpin organisational values to support organisation design and transformation, talent management and performance management- Development and management of an overt succession planning model using key internal and external data to ensure we can risk assess and plan effectively- Coaching internal and external people at all levels;Away from work I enjoy spending quality time with my family and trying to stay fit by cycling, running and walking my (grumpy) miniature Schnauzer.
