About Paul Coates

Working in the community is a huge passion of mine, whether it’s a personal venture that allows me to give something back, or a professional one that helps me connect with local businesses. I’m fortunate that my role as Branch Manager at Skipton Building Society in my hometown of Huddersfield gives me the chance to do both. If you’re looking to provide additional support for your clients, I might be able to help. As part of my role as the Branch Manager I’m always on the lookout for opportunities to work with local professionals like Estate Planners, Accountants and Solicitors for mutual benefit. One of the ways I do that is through the network of ‘Financial Advice Introducers’ that work within my area. Another part of my role is to deliver free financial workshops to the employees of small businesses operating in and around Huddersfield. It’s a great opportunity to connect with local professionals and help people work on improving their financial wellbeing.
