I am a tenacious, analytical and results-focused professional with over 23 years of experience with the Western Australia Police Force, including more than 12 years of experience as a detective investigator. I have been extensively involved in investigations, training, and police operations within the law enforcement sector. I possess an extensive background in Law Enforcement, Crime Prevention, Public Safety, Emergency Response, Research and Investigation. As an Investigator, my expertise in this area has proven advantageous to the agency and departments I represented. I have initiated, fostered and sustained productive relationships with a wide network of key people internally and externally to my organisation. I easily liaise with and am able to establish rapport with a wide range of professionals, staff at all levels within the organisations within which I work, members of the public, members of government agencies, representatives of various law enforcement agencies, the judiciary, barristers and solicitors, and people from all socio-economic levels. I am dedicated to driving high performance with constant focus on continuous improvement and always looking for ways to enhance and improve personal and organisational performance, productivity, efficiency and quality of service.
