Achieved a substantial sponsorship deal between Touch FM and Tamworth Assembly Rooms (Tamworth Borough Council) June 2010. This combines the synergy between both organisations allowing each to share their strengths and begin collaborative marketing strategies to reach potentially huge audiences.Achieved the largest and best ever selling Pantomime for Harlow Playhouse in 2008/09 (Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs - – growth of 25%) which led onto a further record breaker in 2009/10.Reduced the operational spend of the Harlow Playhouse by (10% of budget cost) by introducing new efficient systems.Succeeded in delivering the largest and best ever selling Pantomime for the Bridge House Theatre Warwick 2006/07 (Aladdin) – Growth of 12.9% including creation of a marketing strategy for OTFM Productions and the venue.Negotiation and contracting the deal for sole ticketing agency for Warwick Folk Festival and Bridge House Theatre. Achieved the highest revenue turnover (£1m – a growth of 80%) at the Bridge House Theatre, Warwick – 2006.Completed a £45k capital works project for Clear Channel Entertainment at the White Rock Theatre, Hastings. This involved the refurbishment of hospitality rooms including the Sussex Hall and Campbell Room and the set up of a new Corporate and Private Hospitality Department for the venue.Following a 4 year closure for redevelopment, I was responsible for the re-opening of the Theatre Royal Stratford East. This required close co-operation with builders, designers, consultants and architects alike to ensure deadlines were achieved and targets met. I was also accountable for the full recruitment and training of all front line staff prior to opening.
