About Paul Hicks

You don’t need another training. You need adoption. That’s where change lives - and where most teams fail. We install resilient behaviour-first operating system that make performance predictable. How it works: Coaching System: weekly, observed, practiced, with follow-up so skills actually stick. Sales Management OS: daily huddles, weekly 1:1s, and pipeline reviews so truth shows up in the numbers. Revenue Playbook: perfect the plays where most deals are lost. Then we quantify it: In 90 days you’ll see new behaviours install, cleaner pipeline, and fewer reps going "Rogue". From there, results compound. If you’re tired of heroics, forecast fiction, and the VP revolving door, let’s install the systems that survive and thrive. Start here: visit paulhicks.co and take the Resilience Assessment.
